Step one: get a quote
It starts with a quick quote. Call or fill in the form with the basics: the make, model and year, the condition, whether it runs and drives, and roughly where it is. The more accurate these details, the more accurate the offer, so mention any damage, faults or missing parts, and any extras like a canopy or tow bar. From that we give you a firm cash figure. There is no obligation to accept.
Step two: book the pickup
If the figure works for you, we book a time to collect the car that suits you. We cover greater Brisbane and the surrounding areas, and we come to wherever the car is, your driveway, the street, a yard, a car park or a mechanic’s. You do not need to bring the car anywhere or get it running.
Step three: have a few things ready
Before we arrive, have these ready so the pickup is quick: proof that you own the car, such as the registration papers in your name or a purchase receipt, and your photo ID. If the car is registered, take the number plates off to hand in when you cancel the rego, and keep any personalised plates, which are yours. Remove your personal belongings from the car, and clear out the boot and glovebox. If the car is financed, let us know beforehand so we can sort out the payout.
Step four: the check and payment
When we arrive, we do a quick check of the car against what you told us, confirm the details, and then pay you. Payment is made on the spot, before the car leaves, so you are never left waiting or chasing money after the car is gone. This is the key protection for you: cash first, then the car goes.
Step five: we tow it away
With the paperwork done and payment made, we load the car and tow it away at no cost to you. It does not matter if it will not start, will not roll, or is parked somewhere awkward, moving it is our job and our equipment.
