Selling your car or caravan to us takes three steps and usually one day. There is no catch buried in the process, so here is exactly what happens from your first call to the moment the car is gone and you have been paid.

Step 1: Tell us about your vehicle
Give us the basics: make, model, year, rough condition, and whether it runs. For a caravan, the type, size and age. A rego plate speeds things up but is not essential.
The more accurate you are about condition, the more accurate your offer. There is no benefit in overselling it, because we check the car on pickup, and there is no need to undersell it either. Just tell us how it is.
Step 2: Get your cash offer

The paperwork, explained
If the vehicle is registered, you should cancel the registration after the sale and you may be owed a refund on the unused portion. We will point you to how that is done for Queensland rego. You will also want to record the sale so the vehicle is no longer linked to you. We handle our side of the transfer and explain yours clearly, so nothing is left hanging.
How long it all takes
